    I retired on 21-12-1985 from army on invalid pension. Amount of my commuted pension of about Rs. 879.52 was deducted from Rs. 1759.59 approx: Please let me know when will my commuted pension be restored and how?? Thanking you,

  5. My Pension particulars are as under:-

     Date of Birth: 07-07-1943.
     Serial # GI/P/80422
     Name: M. Aslam Choudhary
     Retiring Pension: 6489/- wef 20-05-1997 to 03-6-1997
    3245/- wef 04-06-1997 to For life
     Commuted Amount: 766594/-
     Date of Restoration of Commuted Pension: 04-06-2017.

     Q-1. Is the date of restoration correct? Usually it is 15 years after retirement date.
     Q-2. If it is calculated in view of covering period for the Commuted Amount even then it is more, ie 766594/3245=19.68 Which falls on 2017 Feb approx.
     Q-3. In case I deposit the balance amount (not recovered) of Commuted amount, Can I get my Commuted pension Restored???A

    1. Ans to Q.1 Date of restoration is 15 years after retirement date for those who retired between 1-Jul-86 to 1-Dec-2001 on the age of 60 years.

      Ans to Q.2 19.68 will be rounded to 20 Years.

      Ans to Q.3 There is not any such option to deposit the balance. You have to complete 20 years after the date on which you got commutation.

  6. If an employee taking pension after his death his wife already nominated in the relevant form kindly clarify me the succession certificate to be required or not for family pension. while her family members already mentioned in the family member list.

    1. The widow of the deceased Govt employee wii have to apply for transfer of pension of her late husband. She will have to attach computerized death certificate of her late husband , her own CNIC, No marriage certificate , life certificate etc.Pl tell if any help is required foe this case

    I have recently submitted my pension case to AGPR Office. My date of retirement is 15th July 1995. I was federal govt. employee. Could you please furnish to me a chart showing annual increase of pension of ex. federal govt. employees so I can calculate my arrears since my date of retirement.   11. I am working in Federal organization (BPS-18) from last 24 years. Now I have an offer to join in BPS-19 of provincial government organization (for which I have applied through proper channel) . What will be the procedure to transfer of my services and fixations of my salary.

    Is it possible to avail the lean (deputation) procedure for One year for joining the provincial organization then afterwords absorbed in this department.

  14. hello my father was retired as s.d.o from mepco..he was receiving pension for two years.now he has died in an accident and he has nominated my mother for pension but my second mother also wants share of pension ....but all her sons are well educated and well jobbed and I am under 18 so we want full pension to survive but the wapda is saying bring succession certificate ...but my father already nominated my mother for 100% outcome of pension plz can somebody help me onthis

  16. hi sir my mother work 14 years for lhw from 1998 and than in 2012 it job permanant but now she retaird on 60 years of age in 2018 its means she worked 6 year permanant now how we get pension please sir help us
